Our Mission
Our mission is to provide students with the tools to grow in faith so that they can become lifelong disciples of Christ.

Our Purpose
We believe youth are the church now and for the future.  We strive to create an environment in which they are able to thrive,  explore and expand their spiritual gifts through service, faith development and  experiencing God's love in community at Northwood.

We aim to reach out to our local community and provide middle schoolers (6th-8th graders) and high schoolers (9th-12th graders) a place to come and be loved as they are.

"Go and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit
Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.
And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
(Matthew 28:19-20)

SUNDAY SCHOOL: 10:05am
After the 9:30am Ignite Service, youth are invited to come to the youth room for Sunday School. We are currently using Amplify, which is a curriculum aimed to help students build a faith foundation. We spend three weeks exploring one element of our faith (ex. Holy Spirit, Service, Worship).  All of the lessons are interactive and crafted for all learning styles to enhance the student's understanding of God in order to build faith that will last.

CITY NIGHT: 6:00pm-7:30pm
On Wednesdays at 6:00pm we have youth group! Citynight will start with fellowship and food, then move to games, activities, and a faith lesson. We will spend every month focusing on a different Fruit of the Spirit and diving into scripture.

GAME NIGHT: 7:00pm-10:00pm
We have youth from lots of different schools who get together on Friday nights to hang out and have fun in the City. Some people just chill on the sofas and talk while others play board games, video games, or do crafts. We also have a lot of fun gym activities like soccer, basketball, dodgeball, and hockey. The activities are different each week, so bring a friend and come check it out!
